Dr Nichols seems to be a decent caring Doctor, however it seems all his decisions are based on his sidekick who I believe has Opiate envy! There is nothing worse then a self admitted (ex) ten year heroin addict and ten year methadone user. Really? Ten years on methadone and he seems to chew up and sphit out patients with no regard or understanding of a patient who suffers chronic pain.
It seems he belives everyone is there to do a dope fiend shuffle until you can prove otherwise. I was done harm

You don't get any better! Dr. Keith Nichols is thorough, knowledgeable and very caring. Reachable and answers all questions in understandable terms but never talks down to me. He saved me from Paralysis, 10 years ago! I had to leave his practice for a few years, I could not find a Dr. that compared. I had needlessly been sent many times to specialists or, the emergency room (which by the way should only be used for EMERENCIES, they are so over run with minor problems already that you wait for 6+ hrs. to be seen and made feel like a fool for being there instead of your Dr. Office!) for simple treatments that should have been handled in a GP, office. I am so very happy to be back, it's like being home as I had been seeing him all of my adult life!!! If he sends me elsewhere, something is Very Wrong, I NEED TO GO!

Dr. Nichols has always taken the time to answer any and all of questions, he wants his patients to stay in touch with him by email to update on their condition and if they have any more questions. He has always been great with our family.
