val at front desk was rude -couldn't find appointment - said patient had previously canceled an appointment which was not true - we had appointment card from them to prove - had to wait over an hour past appointment time to see dr. - patient is elderly and very hard of hearing - dr. was informed of this yet he did not make changes in his volume nor speecn - dr repeatedly reprimanded daughter for bringing up an additional health concern - too time consuming he said
