I've been Dr. Gracer's patient for a couple of years and finally got my act together to leave the practice. For my annual physical exams, his staff never fails to try to bill the insurance as a regular office visit. And I always receive a bill in the mail for a "co-pay". If they had coded the visit correctly, there would be NO co-pay. What a waste of my time to have to call their billing department every time to get this correctly. The doctor is OK, but it's not worth the hassle to have to deal with his incompetent staff.

Dr. never really gives you a diagnosis, just walks around it. His assistant that answers the phone is always snotty and not very helpful. I feel like I am a bother when I call for an appointment. The Dr. makes my family feel we come in for every little sniffle which is not true. No Dr. should make you feel this way.

I like Dr. Gracer, he is concerned about your well being and will always call you either at home or work if you have any questions. He is always on time. The only set back is his administative/assist staff. They almost seemed bothered when you call for the Dr.

I have read the negative comments and they must be seeing a different doctor. Dr. Gracer is fantastic, always on time and takes the time to find out what is wrong. He had never hesitated in referring me to a specialist when needed.

This Doctor is great! He showed a genuine concern for my well being and was able to get me an appt very quickly. He took is time and made sure I understood everything. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Very personable and calm. Willing to spend a lot of time with his patients to explain everything they need to know. Displays obvious concern for is patient's well-being. Professional and friendly front office staff.

I've been seeing this doctor for years and am currently looking for another one. His medical knowledge is shamefully limited. I've been misdiagnosed twice--once he wanted me to start taking a strong medication FOR LIFE for something he didn't even test for and had none of the characteristics of the disease. Thank God I convinced him to give me a referral to a specialist (which he did very grudgingly). The specialist looked at it and the first thing he said was 'you don't have xxx.' Don't see this doctor. His favorite thing to say is "common things being common, you probably have....' and then he names some common illness that vaguely resembles your symptoms. Pathetic.

Dr. Gracer is professional, always willing to answer questions, discuss treatment options and refer out when necessary. I feel he cares for me and my family and does his best for us. His treatment and diagnosis has always been sound, as far as we can tell. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gracer has always made he extra effort, going above and beyond what I would expect given that I am on an HMO plan.
