This doctor lacks ethical practice and integrity.He fails to follow through with appointments and fails to show up at his scheduled surgeries. Patients are not his priority, money is what is on his mind.

Made a major mistake with a hernia surgury. cut artery to testical. Had to be removed in emergency surgery.

I absolutely love Dr. Cruz. I haven't seen in him a while since my surgery was in 2005, but he was awesome. I continue to refer family and friends to him. He took his time explaining the surgery, ensured that I understood complications, end results, etc etc.

Dr. Cruz is a very knowledgeable man. He is one of the few doctors that take their time with the patient til they are done talking. Being a nurse, I have seen MDs walk out on the patient while talking or never speaking to the fam. after surgery. I highly recomment this doc .....he is wonderful

I had my surgery 4 days befor Christmas. I called him with a concern on Christmas Eve and he responded in minutes with helpful answers and did not make me feel bad for calling him on Christmas Eve. That's dedication to patients. I would reccomend him highly. He is very sincere and caring about the well being of his paitince you can read it in his expressions.

Not a patient but work with his post-operative patients. Excellent Surgeon, very down to earth, not condescending. Would highly recommend
