At no point should a physician tell a 70 yr old man "it's their way and if you don't like it go elsewhere." We saw his PA/NP the second time and it was no better as he did not seem familiar with any of the health problems my father had, and most were very simple problems. I'm sorry to say we now drive 70 miles to Fargo for care since we are required to use Innovis. The office staff is very friendly though.
