Blue Cross / Blue Shield
During my intial visit, I found her to be rude and condescending. I thought I'd give her the benefit of the doubt, that maybe she was having a bad day. Unfortunately, my next encounter was equally as bad. I find her to be harsh and judgemental, she has no business working in a profession that requires compassion. Look elsewhere!
