Dr. Parker showed genuine concern for my children and took the time to make them feel comfortable. We were in and out quickly, but it felt like we had spent hours getting to know one another. I cannot imagine visiting another doctor and feeling more at home. Knowledge and hospitality at its finest. Thank you for practicing medicine.

Staff coded my annual physical wrong so I was charged incorrectly which went to my deductable rather than being covered in full. The office gave me the run arround and would not correct the problem

Dr.Parker is the best! He is always to the point without being rude or making you feel belittled. His staff are all very patient and kind as well. I love the Christian music playing while we wait, our kids like to sing along to pass the time. I have had to wait a while in the past but its no big deal when you know you're going to get the best care from the best people in the business! The only thing we miss are the toys in the lobby.But I dont think anything short of moving out of state would keep us from Dr.Parker. I remember when our daughter was an infant, as a new parent you worry excessively, but he and the staff were always there for me, even if it meant just telling me to go buy Tylenol and all would be fine! I cant say it enough...we LOVE Crossroads Family Medical, Dr.Parker and all of the staff!!!!
