Some on here won't be happy with any doctor.. To those why aren't you one?? Some of you writing bad comments can't even spell at a second grade level then you want to question her abilities ???

Physician doesnt seem to have quality patient time, all are treated the same like being on a conveyor belt and rubber stamped. Labs are all but ignored and acting on symptoms alone have proven extremely unreliable. I would not recommend to anyone especially family.

Staff helpful, professional and friendly. Dr. Reguyal takes time and very thorough and knowledgeable. She discussed various options available to me. Follows up and calls me with lab results. Very caring and personable. I'm surprised at other comments here because I have always been vey pleased with the care I received at her practice. Have recommended her to family, friends and acquaintances and have heard similar outstanding services rendered by Dr. Reguyal and their staff.

She was horable been three hard years scince I seen her she had no intrest in her notes and never did she rides outher doctors cout tails to write what they did so she can fall back on that.She must have forgot she has always done that she only wrote what the doc I was seeing before her wrote and after being gone 3 years wanted anouther doctor to ride on.She has no confadence in her notes I had them and still got them for a very good reason now.It was like trying to get in harvard she said she didnt no if she wanted to except me mind ya she is on my NC medicaid card 1st time ive used it she said there would be no charge to tell me her way of caring for me 3 years prior was no longer how she felt about her job.I must have got better well staying away from doctors may cause that BP great this time high back when she saw me.She said she was wrighting the max controlled drugs allowed by family practice.And said I had been in the area y famly would get my meds mailem2me.Acted like a child!!

The staff is fabulous here! But I scheduled an hour appointment as my new patient because I had a lot I wanted to discuss. She kept looking at her watch and was out the door in 20 minutes. Also, I tried telling her I don't like a lot of meds and she gave me 7 prescriptions. How can you give someone that many after only talking 20 minutes? Granted she was nice, but didn't listen so I'm not going back. Finally I told her I was having problems losing weight and she offered to put me on a weight loss drug. Aren't there other avenues we should try?

Dr.Chona is very friendly and caring and is very knowledgeable. If she can't solve your problem she refers you to someone who can. Calls to give you your test results. No long waiting room time...
