This is a really fine doctor with more knowledge than any doctor I've had in the last 30 years. He really cares and his listening skills are great, but beyond that he has the skills to follow through with a caring manner and send you for the tests you need, that result in a quicker diagnosis and not just another "no result" test. He has been taking care of my many issues, and is truly amazing at really practising "total" patent care like no other. So thankful for him.

Truly the best doctor I have ever had. Very knowledgable, patient friendly and open to alternative ideas. He always ready to listen. Dr.Fuchs is also a homeopathic practitioner. He helped me win the battle with a form of metastatic cancer. I am 10 years in remission and so very grateful for the excellent care and patient support that I have received in Dr.Fuchs's care.

When I met my husband he had been chronically ill for most of his life and was close to bedridden. I had met Dr. Fuchs at social events outside of his office and knew of his outstanding reputation. I all but begged him to take my husband on as a patient after seeing a number of other doctors and specialists to no avail.

Despite his time constraints, Dr. Fuchs left no stone unturned in exploring possible causes and treatments for my husband’s condition. He was always receptive to our ideas about alternative treatment and was extremely patient with my input and concerns as a spouse. He appreciated when we did our own research and was happy to answer our questions.

Dr. Fuchs counselled us extensively on the power of nutrition and self-care, both physical and psychological. This support was fundamental in its effect on my husband’s recovery. Dr Fuchs was realistic in his assessments while continuing to offer the hope of improvement when other doctors had repeatedly advised us just to learn to live with the situation. While exploring the possibility of psychiatric illness he did not insist that the problem was psychological as opposed to physical as others had done. His sensitivity surrounding this topic was greatly appreciated. He presented a pragmatic approach to pharmaceuticals along with a solid plan to assess their efficacy. He did not encourage my husband to continue to utilize any treatment that was not showing evidence of benefit.

Dr. Fuchs’ support and impartial assessment of both conventional and alternative medicine gave my husband and I full agency over the decisions we made during his illness. Had it not been for the unyielding support of Dr. Fuchs, we may not have explored some of the more unconventional methods that unquestionably facilitated my husband’s recovery. I appreciated and respected Dr Fuchs succinct and direct communication, particularly when he told us that my husband‘s recovery had far exceeded his expectations and there was likely nothing more that he could offer in terms of advice or treatment. I consider this to be a welcome and responsible attitude for a physician to take.

After spending three solid years navigating the medical system along with my husband, it is my opinion that Dr. Fuchs is a shining and perhaps even iconic example of what I believe a doctor should be: a fiercely intelligent, efficient, empathetic, pragmatic and endlessly curious human with an open mind and a passion for healing in all forms that display benefit. He was instrumental in my husband’s full recovery, and I owe him a debt of gratitude which I can never express nor repay.

Very easy to talk with about any issues. Very knowledgable , stands up for his patients best care. Quick to respond and have further tests done rapidly if necessary. Great guy and would highly recommend this fine gentleman Doctor.

Dr. Fuchs is a gem. He’s humble, curious, enthusiastic and wise. It’s apparent that medicine is a passion for him and not just a profession. He’s continuously exploring new methods and keeping his knowledge up to date. As other reviewers mentioned, he is often blunt and to the point but he’s a busy guy and I appreciate his candor. There is only so much one can do with a 15 minute appointment and I found him to be very efficient with our time. Echoing previous statements, our first visits were the first times I really felt heard and understood by a doctor. He helped me through some very hard times and went out of his way to assist me in navigating the medical system when other doctors couldn’t be bothered. Though I rarely need to see him these days, I feel extremely grateful to have him as my doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a doctor who is willing to think outside the pill box.

Dr Fuchs is amazing! Always listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain any health issues I am dealing with. He is fast and efficient. His kindness and professionalism is on point. He is quick to return calls and doesn't pill push! I have so much respect for this doctor.

If you like Dr google keep looking, this wont be a good fit. Dr fuchs could work on his bedside manner, but if you lay out your symptoms he is quite capable and for me diagnosed ongoing issues others have missed and dismissed. Hes very current and willing to look seriously at non pharmaceutical and 'less pharmaceutical' approaches. Hes great with my kids too.
