My husband and I both are patients of Dr. Nicholas. He has been very good with us and our medical needs. His nurse Angie is great!

Incredibly rude & arrogant Dr. Saw him a couple of times & will never see him again.
Once with a shoulder injury he slipped his hand up the back of my shirt with no warning.

This doctor is extremely RUDE! HIs bedside manner is off the charts. He is very opinionated, and cantankerous. He did NOT review my sister's previous medical records from her doctor out of state. He is playing her like a guinea pig, changing medications every time she returns to the hospital. She is a diabetic with COPD, emphysema, congestive heart failure, and other secondary diseases. He either doesn't care about my sister's health or he is not very knowledgable. Check out his credentials. Also, if you google statistics doctor's GPAs you will find that more than half the doctors fall below a grade point average of "C" or less. My point? Do your homework when choosing a physician. If more of us would only make our Physicians MORE ACCOUNTABLE for their actions then maybe they would be a little more humble. BTW this Dr frowns on Medicaid patients (which probably is half or more of his patients) BUYER BEWARE ...YOU GET WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PUT INTO THE RESEARCH!!!!!!

I saw Dr. Nichols because I was getting ready to travel to Guatemala and Hounduras for a month. It was the first time I had met him and he told me I had no buisness going there (I am a female in my mid 20's). He only begrudgingly wrote a script for anti-malalarials and refused me a zpac. This was my second trip to C.A. and he told me a bunch of things I knew to be untrue about the area I was visiting. I found him rude and presumptuous. I would NOT reccomend him.

Always in a rush to meet the 15 minutes for each patient. Needs to spend more time with each.

My son had migraines so bad that he was basically unable to function; missing at least half a year of school. Dr. Nichols was the only doctor that prescribed medication for my son's migraines that was effective and made him able to function again. Thank you Dr. Nichols!
