Worst place ever! Went in for sinus infection. Never saw Knapp, just nurse practioner. It took 3 hours to get script for antibiotic. Staff is really, really rude.

I like Dr. Knapp, he's very knowledgable and kind. He's a very warm individual. However, the wait in his office is terrible. I think on average I spent about 40 minutes waiting in the exam room. What's wonderful is that he'll take the time to talk to you, but at the same time he's overbooked.
