My family has always liked Dr. Bieser. If we do not understand something, he takes extra time to explain it in "normal" language to our satisfaction. During a recent hospitalization, he even took time to sit in the room and visit with family members, putting everyone at ease. He was concerned not only about the physical issues, but also the emotional and financial issues of the situation. He has always been (and continues to be) concerned, caring, and extremely helpful.
