Dr. Chang is an experienced physician. I have been seeing her for years and has no complaints. I am a health care provider myself and with my professional opinion, she is an excellent clinician. She is very thorough and genuinely concerns about her patients' health. Very polite. These reviews are quite inaccurate and bias at times because patients with good experiences do not necessary spent time to place positive comments. Only patients who are disgruntled would like to spent time to complaint about everything and anything. Plus this website only allows you to place positive comments if you actually sign up and log in which discourages some of the patients who like to place a positive comment.

I felt worst after seem this "Dr" she should go back to school before she keeps playing Dr. I can believe this people is allow to practice medicine in USA PLEASE don't waste your time with her, the nurse was more helpful, caring and knowledgeable

I waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Chang about severe back pain. She was concerned about how high my BP was and told me I need to have my dr. take care of it. She wanted me to give a urine specimen, but gave me no paper work nor did she send me to the lab. She seemed flustered, overwhelmed and was not at all helpful. A wasted Saturday afternoon!

When you feel sick, the last thing you want to do is wait in the waiting room and not be able to lay down. I understand that occasionally a MD will have to be late for an appointment. But when you add that into all she did, it made me even more angry. When she did arrive in my room to do an assessment, she was too busy looking at the computer when I was trying to tell her my symptoms. I figured she was just looking at info in my chart, but when she left the room, I looked and it was another patients chart that was open. That is a HIPPA violation. She never helped me with my complaint, I asked her for a referral and she said she would write me one, but left the room and did not come back for 20 minutes. I felt sick so I left to go home. I called from home to have them call in the referral, it took 4 days. When you're sick, that is too long. I will NEVER see her again. 1000 letter limit means I can't explain more about how bad my first visit with her was!!!
