I think he needs to separate his personal beliefs from his work. Many elderly and/or respite care patients go without medication due to his beliefs. If a patient is dying or 90 years old, it should be their own choice whether or not they want pain management .

It's rare to find a family doctor that takes the time to call you to follow-up on visits and see how you are doing. Dr Stein is an excellent family doctor and takes the time needed for you on each visit. I would also rank ALL of the staff at the clinic as top notch. They are very caring, call you by first name as soon as you come in, and are extremely helpful and cheerful. You can sense the teamwork in the clinic. We are fortunate to have a clinic such as this in our small community.
