Dr. Oneal takes the time to sit down with you and talk to you about any and all issues. Best Doctor I have ever had. I would recommend her to anyone that actually wants to talk to there Doctor (not be pushed through an assembly line).

Well, when I saw Dr. Oneal, I asked her about taking a certain Rx and an over-the-counter together. I had read that it probably wasn't a good idea but wanted a doctor's opinion. She had to look it up in her "medicine encyclopedia" and responded with... "Well, I don't see anything in here about that..." Didn't make me feel very safe. Also, her receptionist was dressed in a long black velvet dress, covered with tattoos and told me her life story about how the doctor was her mother-in-law and she lived in the house, too. (The office is in the basement of her house). And to top it off, her husband walks in, wearing a karate uniform, making small talk. A VERY awkward and unreal experience.

I was new to the area and needed to get a physical. I went to Dr. Oneal's office which turned out to be in her home's basement - split with her husband who sells insurance. Her staff is nice but def.no experts. My vitals were taken by the receptionist using all automated machines. Whoptee! When I met with the Doc, she asked me if I was in the medical field - almost as if she was intimidated. I'm not in the field but I do my research and can ask educated questions. I asked her for a recommendation for a OBGYN and she said she knew a great one... which she really didn't know at all b/c I heard her asking her secretary "What's that one card I have...the OBGYN?" The secretary replied it was a PA and not an MD. Clearly she knew nothing about the lady she was referring me to. The insurance claim-which should have been billed as a physical-wasn't. So I had to pay a bit for it. OH lastly, her husband walked in to office eating out of a bowl. - not what I want in a doctor's office.
