Very satisfied. No problem finding the Surgery Center. The entire staff was very helpful. The procedure went easier than I expected. It was the prep the day before that that was unpleasant but I had expected that. I left the Center feeling good.

staff did not book my appointments after they called me to set it up. technician was openly rude. he has some pretty serious staffing issues. dr called me "it" during colonoscopy, i wasn't responding to sedation and he told nurse to "give IT more morphine"
