I have always felt so rushed with her. She does not take the time to listen and rushes you out before you ask all of your questions. Someone in the staff actually hung up on me. She told me that I needed a test I already had. She didn't know it. Very inept. If she was a vet, I wouldn't take my dog to her.

12-18-16 1st appt. for a physical and severe anxiety issues. I was already prescribed Prozac previously and she upped the dose to max. I saw her again on 4-13-16 she suggested Clonazepam to help. She "suggested" that I see a Pychiatrist and i agreed. Bc of problems with insurance, it took months to get an appt. I called on 7-14-16 to ask for one more refill to last until my appt and was told no. I was told to stop my anxiety meds cold turkey bc it took 3 months to book a psychiatrist appointment bc of insurance!!!! Amber Englert 570-239-5266

I've been a patient of Dr Lucas for for over 20 years and couldn't be more satisfied. She is very knowledgeable and is truly concerned about her patients' health. If ever I have a serious issue beyond her level of expertise, she will quickly refer me to and expert and will personally speak with a specialist herself to have me seen as soon as possible.

Now that I have been with Dr. Lucas for a few years I wouldn't consider having anyone else for my physician. She is kind and caring and has always taken time to answer any questions I had.

Dr Lucas and her staff are completely unprofessional. This was by far the worst office environment I have ever experienced from a physician.

Dr. Lucas has been my family doctor since I was little. At first I would dread making apointments in her office because her staff at the front was so unpleasant and rude. She has since hired a new staff who appears nicer. She does rush you a tad, but I feel it's because she has too many patients. She's very knowledgable and answers all questions.

My family saw dr. Lucas for 4 yrs then my husband went back to school and my kids went on state medical so had to find a new doctor. I always thought she did a great job in making sure my family's ?'s were answered, and had great care. Now my husband got full time and insurance and called to go back and we get told once u leave u can't go back. It's not like we wanted to switch she didn't except the kids insurance. I now lost all respect for her and her office! All I can say now is my husband bettered his life and she's not worth my time.

Dr. Lucas and her staff were a pleasant to interact with at my recent appointment. I moved to the area and her location is so convenient for me. Her staff was very friendly and helpful, chatting with me about the area and giving suggestions/recommendations as a newbie. My appointment was on time and I did not feel rushed at all. She seems very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm so happy to have found a great family doctor so soon after my move! I'll be sticking with her!

Just took my mother to her family doctor, what a differnce. We walked in everyone greets you with a smile and says hello. I walk in to Dr Lucas's office they throw the glass back and just look at you with a miserable look on their face. The whole staff could learn a lesson. The doctor came in sat talked answered our questions,he didn't walk out the door in 2 minutes while we were still talking. I now have a new family doctor.
