My little 2 year old had bilateral trigger thumb repair. The surgery went very well. Dr Dool was extremely professional and took the extra time to reassure my son that he was a great patient. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him.

I had a breast reduction surgery done by Dr. Dool about a week ago it was my first surgery and was a really good experience. I have had almost no pain and he has been very helpfull and answered any questions i had. Oh and his receptionist is great!

I only had a minor procedure done (cyst on my wrist) but he was patient and took the safe route rather than surgery. After a few aspiration, the cyst is gone. His first choice for treatment was definitely the best choice even if I originally thought surgery was a better choice. He was pleasant. We did not chat much, but for a 5 minute procedure I don't think he should waste his time asking what I did on the week-end.

Incredibly rude, had pins put in wrist, where the pins remained outside of skin until removal, and they got infected. Told doctor this, he said it was fine, and didnt even take off wrap to look at it. 2 nurses and another doctor saw it and were disgusted, said it was to be looked at immediately. Very rough, refused pain killers, did not come see me after surgery to let me know if he had to open it, or put pins in or wires, or if there were stitches, or what care to take. Did not return any calls when we were told to call him at a later date with our questions about the surgery. Incredibly rude and mad that we called him to tell him it was infected. After aggresively pulling out the pins with no care, he said "there" and left the room, leaving the nurse confused as to whether to wrap it, clean it, anything. When she asked, he said "yes fine wrap it." Terrible terrible service. NOt complaining about the time, btu we pay our taxes,and when its my turn, i deserve the service paid for.

Dr Dool is great! When I was diagnosed with melanoma he explained everything to me and was and still is very diligent about my follow up care. His secretary is one of the kindest girls I have ever met and is always pleasant and truly cares about you. I think they make a great team and I don't mind waiting , he is worth it and so is my life!!

dr. Dool was very kind and helpful with my case. a favorable result was not accomplished in my case {no fault of his} I feel he is a wonderful doctor. If my circumstances change I will not hesitate to re-visit my issue with him in the future. His staff is very outgoing and have a wonderful sense of humor. And it never hurts to have a handsome doctor...

I have had surgery on one wrist , now waiting to have second operation. Dr Dool in my opinion is very interested in his patients. His receptionist is " GREAT " He is lucky to have her. Dr Dool will be around for a long time .

Im going to give him a 3 for everything right now, ill rate him again in a month cause thats when im going in for surgery with him, wish me luch i hope hes as good as i heard he is....
