He's really reliable, however, his MOA isn't. I'm not sure who's been giving his assistant a good rating. Perhaps she's the one making the good reviews. She's the rudest MOA I've ever encountered. Uncaring, unreliable, manner less! Those are the reasons we haven't visited Dr. Mendoza for more than a year. Getting an appointment with him is near to impossible, too.

Dr. Mendoza is a kind, caring and responsive doctor. His medical assistant is Very professional, really helpful, stays calm under pressure and does her best to deliver exemplary customer service in what is a very busy practice (they have regular patients and also operate a walk-in clinic). Due to COVID19, Dr. Mendoza has been a leader in implementing tele-appointments within his practice has also been progressive with adhering to the strict COVID19 safety measures to keep everyone . People if you not happy why not you change your doctor and go to hospital you guys F*****crazy not happy with your family dr at least you have one

ONE of the BEST Physicians in the WORLD. I've seen the comparison because I've worked with some Physicians, I've observed a few, family friends with some and met a few through a . My whole entire family is under his care for many years now and why? Simple. It is because he is great at doing his job. My family are very picky with who we choose as our doctor and we are thankful that we've found him.

He is one of the well-informed, knowledgeable and thorough doctor I've met in my life . He is very patient and listens to his patients' needs because he genuinely cares about them. Yes, sometimes there's a long wait to see him but that's expected when a doctor is as great as him who everyone wants to see because he spends time with his patients to thoroughly look after their health, updates and more. Furthermore, Dr. Memdoza had always made thorough tests & follow ups on his patients. He sends his patients for proper tests/referrals when necessary. He treats everyone equally, always does his best, very professional, skilled, compassionate and seems to always be up-to-date with everything. These are qualities that makes a great Physician and Dr.Mendoza is one of the rare great ones. He's not someone who just prescribes because I will tell you now, he keeps track of everything including your complaints. You tell him and he records it. He abides his OATH. His assessments and diagnosis had all been nothing but GREAT. Because of this, my mother is alive from 4 cancers. I'm alive. My daughter is alive. We are all alive. My whole entire family are very grateful and thank God that he is our family doctor. We really wouldn't know what to do if we didn't find him. For every visit from any of my family member including myself, we've always felt at ease after seeing Dr. Mendoza
The staff are also accommodating and they do their best to accommodate everyone without bias. I just wish his office is open on the weekends and more late hours but of course, I'm sure he is out servicing more patients on those days somewhere else.

We've been Dr. M'S patients for more than 15 years. He's really reliable, however, his MOA isn't. I'm not sure who's been giving his assistant a good rating. Office staff is the worst! I asked to speak with Dr Mendoza but instead she booked me an appointment 4 weeks later. 4 weeks?!? I'd probably be well or dead by then! But here's the kicker - I waited for the call last weekend (after 4 weeks) and guess what, he never called. I'm not sure if he's too busy to speak/see his patients or his office assistant is just so incompetent that she can't even assist her boss efficiently/effectively.
