Always did bare minimum phone check ins, if not a house call after any serious incident. They don't make doctors like this anymore... Ones that don't need a computer to tell them what's wrong with you...

The appointment lasted 5 minutes at the most. Determined to give me prescriptions for narcotics without finding out what the problems really were. Heard he was investigated years ago for inappropriate prescribing. small wonder

Dr. Callen will win no personality awards, but he is competent and knowledgable. Be prepared to express your health concerns. He seems to want to get in and out of the exam room quickly. I continue to see him without worry.
