Dr. Monroy is a great doctor. She is very patient and kind. She listens and has personally responded to many of my phone messages that I have left in the past. Her nursing staff are always upbeat and welcoming. Dr. Monroy really works WITH patients to provide well balanced care. I have never waited more then 5 min past my appointment time, her office has worked me into the schedule in important instances....they are great!
