Dr Holman is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and goes beyond others to be helpful. The staff in my experience are not friendly and do not appear to try to be helpful. The staff and punctuality issue is likely a result of the huge patient demand but that does not preclude good manners and respect for people that are already unwell.
Last I attended the clinic it was in need of a good cleaning and facelift. Just an opinion.

Staffing leaves MUCH to be desired, but Terry himself is simply excellent. He is one of those rare doctors who is both caring and professional, both humble and quite knowledgeable.

Staffing is terrible. Dr. Holman is wonderful, I cannot say enough good abour him. Best thing with Dr.Holman is he refers you out of Bracebridge to specialists, he makes sure you receive the BEST care possible. If he is not on time it is because he spending time with a patient not shoving them out the door. I believe he truly cares.He should however disassociate himself with that walk in clinic.

Dr. Holman has been my physician for at least six years. He has always been very courteous and friendly. His knowledge is good, and he never hesitates to refer me to a specialist if needed. Waiting time for a booked appt is about 2-3 weeks, but last-minute walk-in clinic appts are available also: arrive when doors open! The staff at this busy walk-in clinic always seem over-stressed and do not seem to know how to smile, but I try not to take this personally. Recommend at least the walk-in clinic, even if Dr. Holman isn't taking on new patients himself. He does help with the walk-ins.

Front desk staff is miserable and very rude everytime you go in or call. Sometimes hard to get through on the phone. Dr. Holman is wonderful.

I moved to Muskoka almost 7 years ago, I went through 3 doctors before I found Dr.Holman. He is exactly the type of Doctor I was looking for. A bit of a wait, but worth it. The staff when I first moved here was nasty. But there has been a bit of a change over and they have been amazing!

A caring, compassionate, extremely competent physician who really listens, and treats his patients in a manner that respects their intelligence. Whenever I have consulted him, I have never failed to leave reassured. I always feel secure in the knowledge that I have just placed my concerns in the hands of someone I can trust and rely upon. He's smart, capable, and possesses both a great grasp of the big picture and a fine sense of humor as well.

Dr.Homlan is amazing, but the staff in the office are horrible. They always seem to have a bad attitude and are very often rude.
