Worked with him, he was incredibly brilliant and respectful to his coworkers. I just loved his sense of humor. You will be greatly missed. Rest well.

Excellent Dr, he’s the reason I survived cancer. He did not waste a second getting me referred to a surgeon and oncologist. Yes, he does smoke too much, but he’s human. I respect his intelligence and no nonsense way of being. He’s a medical doctor, not a social worker and those who complain that he doesn’t listen are probably not being fair or have unrealistic expectations. Yes he has a tendency to talk in Afrikaans to his receptionist, but she speaks the same language. I don’t understand why people are hung up on this. I have the utmost faith in his ability as a practitioner and I would trust any medical guidance he offered.

I've been seeing him for years and he use to be great, amazing in fact. Now all he cares about is getting you in and out in less than 3 minutes. One complaint per visit which is horrible for anyone coming from out of town. He doesn't care what you have to say. I took my daughter to get checked out too and he got our names confused on the lab requisition so it was invalid. Then he had my daughter admitted into the hospital when it wasn't necessary, so the pediatrician sent us home the next morning apologizing. Its sad to see a Doctor who use to care so much about his patients acting this fed up now. Its time for him to retire.

Seen this doctor for several years now. He went from good to terrible. He’s alway late then takes long smoke breaks one day it was 35 minutes. Now if it’s an afternoon appointment his new wife comes to visit and more time is lost. Referred me for physiotherapy didn’t care that I had no coverage and couldn’t afford it. When I told him I couldn’t afford it he just ignored me. He speaks his native language with his receptionist and is very rude with staff. Happy to be done with him, I have many more complaints about him. It’s sad as he was a very good doctor in the beginning.

I've gone gone to Dr. G for YEARS And he's the best. I personally love his dark sense of humour and bluntness. He's smart and to the point and I appreciate it. He's great with my daughter too :)

He is one of the best doctors I had ever had. He always helps calm my nerves and doesn't rush me out of the room when I have extra questions for him. It is also very comforting to have a Dr that can make me laugh even when I feel stressed out about some medical issue. Kind, knowledgeable, genuine and funny and always makes the visit enjoyable ( as much as a dr appt can be) lol

I was dealing with a serious mental health issue from some trauma I had and I went in to basically ask about some options in dealing with it (specialist/ counselling). Basically he just rolled his eyes at me and told me to suck it up and get over it. Felt terrible after the visit and I will never see him again. Terrible human being.

Excellent doctor he listens to me and helps treat my severe back pain that I’ve suffered for years since an accident while serving in the military. He always cares and is carful to look out for my best interests as well as listens to my input. I’m living a better quality of life right now thanks to him
