Although he is semi retired, he still is a good doctor and always is interested in his patients.

I am diabetic and I see Dr. Carpenter annually.I find him to be very professional and competent. He ensures I am aware not only of what he is doing but also why he is doing it. Following each examination he fully informs me of all changes and makes recommendations that he feels are necessary. I am most pleased with Dr. Carpenter.

I visit Dr Carpenter once a year, and at the beginning was always nervous for fear that my eyes had deteriorated. He is calm, reassuring, and easy to talk to.
