How could ANYONE say ANYthing negative about Dr. Jennifer Frendo. She was the kindest, most caring doctor I’ve ever had and miss her.

Dr. Frendo assisted during my husband,s surgery, which was a tremendous comfort to him. An even greater comfort was her presence in the recovery room when he was regaining consciousness. she stayed and chatted with him in spite of a busy schedule. thank you to a compassionate doctor.

KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY!! Dr. Frendo HURT MY 5 YEAR OLD unnecessarily while administering a covid test. She went up way too far with the swab. My daughter was hurt and crying. She ended up slightly traumatized from the experience, unable to speak and crying for a long time after the test. Dr. Frendo was cold and lacked compassion. Completely condescending to myself when I commented that I heard from many people across Ontario that the covid tests didn't need to be administered so high anymore. She responded by saying "Well WE aren't Toronto are we?"I hope she never gives another child a covid test ever again!!!

I have had Dr. Frendo since she started. Always wanted to know how you were doing. Always wanted to make sure you were ok and if not she would send you in the right direction. Miss her already

A wonderful doctor. Caring, considerate, lovely. Great follow up. Receptionist Shirley is incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Frendo worked miracles for a friend that was in dire straits - made at least two house calls, and helped up get said friend the help she needed. I will miss having her as my doctor.

Amazing, genuine, knowledgeable, caring doctor. You feel well looked after and that she cares about her patients and calling as a doctor. Only positive things to say about Dr. Frendo and past reviews agree too :) . Any odd reviews don't add up/must be a mistake or must be coming from jealous or spiteful reviewers.
When you talk with Dr. Frendo you already get a feeling about how genuine she is. Very sad to hear her news and that she is leaving. The profession suffers a great loss. Dr. Frendo is a true gem. Thank you Dr. Frendo for everything you have done for us!!! Wishing and praying all the best for you!

She is the most caring, thoughtful, compassionate doctor. She is thorough and gentle. She makes you feel like even the smallest thing matters to her. I am very blessed!
