She's very kind she listens to you she never rushes you out the door and she's very thorough when she checks you It's very thorough My overall experience is a 100% I trust her with my life she's the best doctor I've ever had

Dr Bernard was absolutely amazing when it came to my daughter struggling with some mental health issues. She is very straight to the point, and makes sure that what she recommends is understood. Gives time to listen about any concerns. My daughter adores her.

Dr. Bernard is the sweetest most genuine human. She truly cares about her patients. Whether we see her in town or at the office she is always such a ball of positive energy. She has a cute accent which I find hilarious. She tells it like it is and we need more doctors like her. I know most people don’t like carol and think she’s mean. I personally like carol, I think carol has to be the one to put her foot down because people take advantage. They’re a great duo. The negative comments come from people who have always been entitled and need pity parties and if they get blunt honesty and truth which is realistically what they need, they don’t like the doctor or the staff. She does her job and she does it well. Me and my parents both go to her and she has been nothing less than extraordinary. Thanks for everything you do for our little town Dr. bernard ! We love you and carol!

Dr. Bernard is the 4th doctor I have had in my life. I have been fortunate to have had her for 10 years now. I came across this page. It is ridiculous. Some people are so nasty and the negative comments couldn't be further from the truth. If you want a doctor who is not afraid to tell it how it is , Dr. Bernard is the person. For those of us who grew up back in the day, we needed someone like this. But now a days it seems that you can't say anything without offending people.
She works hard, she goes above and beyond, there is no bullshit with her. She has never misdiagnosed me or mistreated me. Sometimes it takes time to diagnose things and is a process. I call her Wonder Woman!
The few negative comments on here are coming from people with a lot of personal issues and self hate.
Abortions? Pain control? Homophobia?
There are 2 sides to everything.. I have never felt she was homophobic, and she is entitled to her own beliefs in terms of babies just as the rest of us are.
Too bad she's not one of those doctors that hand out a bunch of narcotic prescriptions and contributing to the opioid epidemic we have... which is what some of the people here sound like they are implying.

Forget doctor client confidenciality. She is very unprofessional. I now drive an hour to see a real doctor than to go to this woman. She had misdiagnosed me so often that I can only say I am happy to finally be in professional hands with a respectful, competent doctor.

she is so fast with all the patients that she skips over some very important stuff. She is beyond rude when it comes to personal things, I was dating a female ( I am female) and Bernard told me that I don't like women and that I am making a mistake. A few years before that I was pregnant and needed to have an abortion and she just told me how awful I am and how I am killing a baby and that I have to keep it, I was 16 yrs old and had no money nor support. She rushes but yet it takes forever to get into the room and see her. I will often be waiting 45 mins- an hr. One time she was doing a Pap test, put on the rubber gloves then started texting on her cell, I asked her to change gloves because phones are so dirty and she asked why. She has a great personality but often tells me that no matter what is wrong with me, back issues, overly sweating, tired etc is because I am obese and if I don't lose weight I will never find a boyfriend.

Dr. Bernard is an incredible doctor. Very friendly, gives the time and care as every outstanding doctor should! Highly recommend her
