Dr. Wynn told me that I had 18 cavities each in between my teeth due to lack of flossing. This totaled to about 11,200 in fee's. I found this highly absurd as I communicated to her that I floss on a regular basis, any how I was concerned so I did write her a check before the services were completed. I then felt very off put and concerned so I decided to get a second opinion, the second dentist requested X-rays and could not see what dr. Wynn was talking about. He then completed an X-ray himself just to make sure this was accurate, again nothing was wrong. I'm not saying dr Wynn is a liar, I'm just saying be a little more cautious and careful before getting a big service done by her.

Lied to me over the phone, told me they were contracted with my insurance. I didn't find out until afterward that they weren't, and I was ripped off with extra fees since my insurance wasn't contracted. 2 months later my teeth are still sore, will have to have them redone. Office staff is overly-fake friendly, very annoying. The office is obsessed with getting your payment, and asks for it ahead of the work done. Signed thank you note was sent to me from the other dentist in the office, not the one I saw. Amazing! There were so many red flags, I can't believe how dumb I was.

I saw Dr Wynn at the Seaside Dental Care Office as a result of a brochure emphasizing affordable and low cost care--along with a special offer of a free dental whitening kit (valued at $500). When Dr Wynn evaluated my x-rays, I was told that I needed a porcelain on-lay and that I couldn’t have the whitening kit until after my teeth had been fixed. Then after the dental cleaning was completed, I was instructed to wait in the lobby for a consultation. 45 minutes later, a staff member informed me of the amount of my out-of-pocket cost (with my PPO plan). I almost fainted when I heard how expensive it would be and that that I didn’t have any other options. I was given a brochure to sign up for a monthly payment plan. I left in shock and later decided to obtain a 2nd opinion at another dentist’s office where I received a different diagnosis and saved over $1,000. I’m so glad that I trusted my instinct. I strongly would not recommend this dental office.

Do not know what that others were talking about but I like Dr Wynn. Has a great staff as well. After going through 1 dentist every 2-3 years I have been with Wynn for 10 years. Would not want any other Dentist.

Dr. Jennifer Wynn was plain cold and rude. I couldn't believe how she talked to her patients. This was the worst dentists experience I've ever had. Don't be fooled by her spa like decor. She made me feel horrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone to her.
