BEST family doctor out there. My family has been going to Dr Vince for over 28 years. Since he has moved to Etobicoke i have no issue traveling the 2 hrs to get there.

Punctuality…I mean what doctor is ever on schedule, either way I am never waiting any longer than 15 mins past my appointment time. Dr. Vince is fantastic. He’s personable, thoroughly examines, has many options and suggestions to a solution so that you have more natural choices should you prefer. I’ve been with him through the past 15+ years and he is truly a well rounded GP. His receptionist Marlene though is an opposite story, she can be so rude and moody despite being in a customer facing role with patients who require caring, empathetic service, her on and off attitude over the years in person and over the phone is off putting.

Dr.Vince is the best doctor in Etobicoke. Thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable. He is reluctant to prescribe oils unless it’s absolutely necessary. He is a tribute to the profession!

Dr. Vince was the doctor my mom saw for blood work to confirm her pregnancy with me. Since then, Dr. Vince has been our GP. He has been my doctor for the last 28 years and although he moved and I now have to travel 2 hours to see him, I still do it. He’s been amazing to my family, no short cuts with me, genuinely cares about his patients, and he’s extremely kind. When my mom passed, the next morning he called us first thing to check on us (I’m assuming after the hospital faxed over the info to his office) and I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone say their GP cares that much.
My mom loved him as her doctor too and trusted him in and out. Even though she was extremely sick and struggled with mobility, she still continued to see him too which I think speaks volumes. He’s an amazing doctor and anyone looking for a GP should contact his office. I hope when I’m pregnant one day, he’ll be the one confirming it the same way he did with my mom.

Incredible doctor, takes his time and listens to your concerns. You don't get a better doctor that is empathetic and genuine. Extremely knowledgeable as well, and will answer your questions in a way that anyone can understand. The office is run smoothly and the wait times are minimal as Marlene keeps a well maintained schedule, which you don't see often. Both of them follow up with you after any tests in a timely fashion, and as someone who works in a similar field I highly appreciate the both of them and the great jobs they both do.

I have been seeing Dr. Vince since 1996 and wouldn't go elsewhere. My only concern is his receptionist Marlene wears her mood on her sleeve and I often find it unpleasant dealing with her. Honestly, if I didn't value Dr. Vince so much I would go elsewhere because of her.
Dr. V is very helpful, kind and empathetic. He actually listens to me and spends time talking to me. And he is very helpful.

Dr Vince is very helpful whenever I needed a doctor and I like that bookings are managed so there is not a long wait. I’ve kept my family Dr even though I’ve moved away from Toronto.
