Getting an appointment is, as someone said, a nightmare. For the first appointment, THEY schedule you, mailing you a date and time. I called with a problem some months later and waited three weeks to see the doctor, despite my saying things were critical. The doctors are knowledgeable, the staff need some re-training in dealing with scheduling.

The Doctors here are kind & emphathetic. But Admin & Appt staff are absolutely incompetent! Worst, they don't exchange/fwd messages left with them!!

Scheduling here is a nightmare. For my first visit, they mailed me a date and time for an appointment. I tried to change it, without success. Recently an appointment was canceled the day before. When I said that I really needed to see the doctor, they told me the next available appointment was in a month. I'm looking elsewhere.

I was referred here through an emergency room for a possible bleeding ulcer and it took 2 months to get an appointment here. When it was finally time for my appointment, they changed it on me, and notified me the day before. By the time I got home from work and called them it was about ten minutes before they closed. Someone answered, and put me on hold. Then, they disconnected me. I called the office back and the answering service told me that everyone left early and they wouldnt take my call. I was very disappointed in the way my scheduling was taken care of. Once I saw the doctor, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and I was pleased with what transpired with him, but was disgusted with the front office staff.

This is a group. The doctors and nurses are fine. The office staff is the worst I've ever encountered anywhere in the US. The person who schedules appointments is snippy, rude, gruff, obnoxious, unhelpful, doesn't listen, etc. We went to another practice after two run-ins with her. Everyone I know who has dealt with her, says go elsewhere too. If they get rid of her, the group might be OK (depending on who replaces her).
