I've been with Kerlow for awhile, he doesn't rush me out the door. very caring and determine to help....he is very kind to my children also. i moved 1 hour away and i still go see him because i respect him, and he actually cares.

Dr.Kerlow has been my doctor for a long time. He is a good, nice, caring and very kind docotr. He always offers alot of help and is there when ever I need him....except for the birth of my second son when he was away on holidays....lol Although he did come and visit me in the hospital the next day.

Dr. Kerlow has been my daughter's doctor for nearly 21 years. He is the BEST doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and is genuinely concerned about his patients. He will personally return my calls promptly and takes the time to explain/address any and all concerns I have. My daughters just love Dr. Tom, and now at age 21 and 16 feel they have someone they trust and can confide in. My doctor (from the same medical centre) has retired and I now have the pleasure of having him as my family practisioner. I only wish all doctors cared as much for their patients.

I could not wish for a better doctor. He answers all my concerns and explains in detail too. I trust him with my health and life as he does not rush me out of his office like a cattle. Though I am unemployed and without any health benefits he is always there for me. I wish his business the very best and hope he stays there to continue his excellent work.

Dr. Kerlow is a wonderful doctor. He genuinely cares and will call himself to give you results. He always ask how my family is doing. When I moved to Vancouver he would ask my mom if I was doing well. He is very knowledgable and simplies everything so that you understand.
