Family doctor since I was born (20+ years)

Late by 20 minutes

Appointment was only 10 minutes long

I told her I have a list of issues I wanted to discuss and she said she didn’t have time for it

Told I wasn’t showing any symptoms for illnesses that were hereditary therefore I didn’t need blood tests (both sides of my family have thyroid and testosterone issues)

Considering my sibling was recently diagnosed with a thyroid condition I have a right to be concerned

Told my jaw pain is not her problem and to try the dentist

Why isn’t she retired yet if patients care isn’t her priority

Terrible doctor unless you want to be prescribed narcotics. Horrible.

Terrible service, totally uncaring. My wife is a patient there and they refused to remove my stitches which my home care nurse said needs to be taken out today or it will get infected. I'm not able to drive due to surgery and my wife doesn't have a license so they were our only option. They basically said tough luck that I could get a serious infection after a major surgery because they don't feel like seeing me.

Dr Brennan was my family physician for close to 17 years. I honestly can't speak highly enough of my experience with her. She takes the time to get to know her patients, is very thorough, does not rush appointments, digs into problems when she doesn't have an immediate answer... I could go on here for quite a while. Sometimes I ended up sitting in the waiting room for rather a long time, but that was because she spends the time needed with her patients and that can put her behind schedule. I can certainly live with that. I have left the Osgoode area for BC, and so far I have not been able to find a Dr or clinic that can hold a candle to Brenda Brennan or the Village Health Centre.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brennan since for over 15 years and she is beyond wonderful. She is caring, compassionate, and thorough. She always takes the time to listen and seems to genuinely care how you are feeling. She is wonderful with following-up and referrals and I consider myself lucky to have her as my family doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Brenda Brennan since I was a young teen, I'm now a young adult and feel very comfortable around her. While I lived out of the city for school, I would even travel back to her office rather than go to a clinic. She's a very honest, kind and fun person. She has not only helped me through a few medical issues but has provided an ear for when I need to speak about something more serious. My mother and father also go to Dr. Brenda and she always asks how my sister and I are doing. Like others have said, she may not be right on time all the time, but she does not make you feel rushed and I think that's more important. The staff at the office are very nice as well, they always respond to my voicemails within a timely manner. I Hope I don't move away any time soon as I would love to keep Dr. Brenda as my family doctor for a while to come.

Excellent Doctor - very helpful and considerate. Always explains the treatment program for whatever issue I am having be it a cold or musle strain or blood pressure etc.. Very good doctor.

Absolute awesome Doctor and wonderful caring person, she listens to your concerns and gives very practical advice. I am lucky to have her as my Doctor.

Brenda is a very compassionate doctor who takes her time and never rushes a patient. As a result, she isn't the most punctual but at least when you get your time you don't feel rushed. She is caring and knows her stuff.
