Okay firstly I have to say I agree on the staff. I've found them rude more then once. I asked to get an appointment to get my doctor to fill out a form and the receptionist clearly denied me being able to. They never get me in on time, I have a toddler whose patience is the worst. Thankfully they have a play area and I learned to make sure when booking I don't have anything I need to rush to. It also helps when I live on the same street as the office itself. I wished the staff could be more kind to patients like myself. I was really sad to hear Dr.Kaumi being on medical leave. Another thing I found hard was that he was only available at the office on Tues & Thursdays from what they told me. Never worked due to my kid being in pre-school,and other programs. I've mostly met kind staff members and overly crappy doctors or doctors who just don't care. But this was backwards. Dr.Kaumi is a wonderful doctor and I honestly wished the staff would have someone speak to them about their attitude

Dr. Kaumi has been my doc for 20 years. I adore him. He is warm, caring very sensitive and perhaps he is late at times is because he takes so much time with his patients. Reception staff not so much. I look forward to him coming back soon.

office staff is extremely rude and not helpful and feel there only job is to answer a phone. if you need paper work filled out DO NOT come here because they will not complete it

Keeps up to date on new medical information and very thorough with his examinations and diognostics of your problems. Does not hesitate in sending you for further tests to confirm his diognostics. Has a very pleasent manner and you feel very confident and relaxed with him.

Dr. Kaumi is very nice but the wait past my appointment time is terrible. I am never brought into an examination room until well past my time then I have to wait there some more. I understand he is a popular doctor but maybe he should schedule less appointments. Someone mentioned they waited 45 mins., that would be an improvement.

Dr. Kaumi has been our family Dr. for 29 years and I can't imagine going to anyone else. He always listens to our concerns and make sure we understand what is going on with our health. He also does home visits for those who can't easily make it to his office! If he doesn't know what we have he is quick to refer us to one of the many excellent specialists he knows. He is a really good Dr. and an honest good person too.

Have been seeing Dr. since child hood. What I really like about Dr. Kaumi is that he takes the time to listen to you. I know that in this busy world today it is sometimes hard to. And that is why I do not mind the wait sometimes, because you know that he is listening to his patients

My previous doctor had his licence suspended and I had been going to clinics because I could not find a new doctor. A friend, who was a patient of Dr. kaumi's, refered me to him. He has been wonderful. He's genuinely concerned about your health, unlike many who want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I hope very much that he does not retire in the near future.
