Always in a rush. I feel he doesn't care anymore. Very unfortunate, as he was great in the beginning.
He books too many appts in one day. And good luck getting through to make one.

Best doctor I’ve ever seen. Shelly always gets me in quickly and he always works to get to the root of the issue. He also doesn’t hesitate to send me to specialists or wherever I need to go if he feels I’ll benefit from it. I switched doctors after getting married and after a few months came back to doctor Braun as I strongly felt like I wasn’t going to be cared for as well as I am at his office. I 100% recommend him.

Dr. Braun is such an asset to our community. Such a wonderful doctor. He delivered my oldest 13 years ago and now recently my 21 month old. Shelly, his reception is very helpful and tries to fit you in to Dr. Braun’s busy schedule if possible. For punctuality, he may be late but I understand because he is back and forth to the hospital delivering babies and checking in on moms throughout the day while keeping up with his in office patients. Dr. Braun listens and doesn’t rush you out of the office. His kind voice is reassuring that your child’s health will be ok.

Getting thru the phones for this Dr is ridiculous. Goes immediately to voice-mail for several weeks and cannot leave a msg. My child needs to see him to get paperwork filled out but cannot get thru the phones. Why even have an office if you won't take calls?

He hardly asks questions and doesn't seem to want to figure out how to get to the root of any medical issues. Seems very lazy regarding treatment and would rather put you on lifelong medications than considering basic remedies like food and exercise first.

Agree that where he might be good for typical, routine issues, he is lacking when it comes to recognizing serious ailments or non-typical illness and is too quick to say "it's nothing" when it is really serious.

Dr. Braun and Shelly are thee best! Always such a happy and helpful environment when going to the office. He delivered me and my brother when we were born, and delivered my daughter and my nephew a year and a half ago. Something special for us to share with them!
