I've been seeing this doctor for 8 years, she's very nice, very up to date, and always willing to answer questions and spend extra time with you. Their patient records are computerized and you can access your chart online as well as order medication refills and communicate with the doctor and nurses through e-mail and they will get back to you within two days. Overall I'm very happy with the quality of care I get with Dr. Platzner, she makes an effort to make the visit as pleasant and as painless as possible.
