Dr. Huner is a good person but she has forgotten why she became a doctor. Since Covid she rarely is available to see patients, she doesn't listen, she cuts you off, she won't refill maintenance medications unless you see her every few months, but you have to wait months to get an appointment, if she isn't on vacation. Her staff is rude, condescending and seemingly uncaring when considering patients and their families are sick and need help, not arguments. They make everything more difficult than it has to be and they are absolutely horrible to work with. They act as if though patients bother them. I think they're all in the wrong business. Stay away.

Have been going to Carrie for years as has my family. At one time her staff was rude and lazy but I do not find that to be true in the last seven years. She is extremely busy so you often see her nurse practitioner and I find that at other drs as well.

Practice has gone downhill for sure. Appears to be a Dr. that has "sold out" . Practice is covered under an umbrella of Dr.'s so it seems to be diluted but you never see Dr. Huner, you only see her nurse practitioner. This lady appears to be incompetent and comes in with a solution before hearing or diagnosing any issues. Do Not try and challenge her on anything. She will cut your meds and write you up as argumentative all because you may know a little something and you ask. Repeat DO NOT.

Pratice has gone downhill..Office staff is RUDE. Every thing I have asked for is an ordeal. Was just told it is "too much of a hassle," to compose a letter of diagnosis for a student patient for.504 purposes. Hello? Are you not in the field of patient care and well being? Will not be back.

Rude and seemingly uncaring by the staff. " Ifaxed the request and that ended my responsibility" the request was for a colonoscopy to a physician who was retired and I had to call and make my own appointment.

Dr. Huner has been my PRimary for about 7 yrs. she's EXCELLENT! She's knowledgeable, attentive and asks questions to assess your health holistically- physical, mental, diet/exercise, work-life balance, etc. The staff is pleasant and the office is well run and organized based on my experience. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 mins before being called back and all of my phone calls to the nurse have been promptly returned. I highly recommend Dr. Huner

Office has gone downhill. I have been a patient of hers for years, and have always been pleased. This past year it has become impossible to get in for an appointment. I finally made an appointment a month in advance only to have the rude and condescending office staff call me the Friday before my appointment (appointment on Monday) to tell me they wouldn't have time to see me. They offered me another appointment over a month later. Dr. Huner is a good doctor, but she needs to get a hold of her practice before she loses all her patients.

Dr. Huner is an attentive, knowledgeable dr. With a great bedside manner. She really listens to you before rushing to a diagnosis. She seems to care about your overall health by asking about life events, work, etc that could affect your health. The front desk staff has changed since I first began seeing her and there is definite room for improvement in their customer service interactions
