I need to remain anonymous but I don't even believe some of theses remarks below. . Dr Alex Cvetkovic is one of the most caring people around. Just reading below tells me that todays world doesn't cut anyone a break. I am a nurse who has know what its like to work in a doctors office. If you are taking time to complain in person that is something that I will take my time and listen to. *****But rating someone on line is just a reflection on todays social media and the negativity it can cause.

Since his father - Dr. Nestor left, more and more issues accord. Every time I would go in there, he would have a whole new staff. Front desk girls act like you are a bother. This office will nickle and dime you to death. Had a physical and charged me $20 to fill out physical form that I could have filled out myself. It wasn't enough that the office was charging my insurance company. I was a patient there for over 30 years. When I told them I was leaving because I couldn't believe the charges, the receptionist didn't even blink an eye. They were fine w/me leaving. So I left. Obviously they don't care about their loyal patients.

Dr. Cvetkovic is great, very personable, explained what the test results ment and what he was doing during the appointment. Also his follow up is fantastic, his staff called and set up follow up appointments to make sure I came in as prescribed.

I have been a client of Dr C for close to 15 years. Today I called the office to see I they could take a few blood pressure readings for a life insurance policy I'm purchasing. The receptionist said that I didn't need an appointment for that and I could just drop by. So, I did. When I got there he staff was quite cold as usual. The nurse took me into a room ( with no pleasant look or conversation) and proceeded to do the reading. The first reading came out high. I asked if we could do another. She gave me a bad look and did another, which came out much lower. I apologized for not telling her I needed 3 readings. She said "no problem" then left the room. She came back, said I needed to set an appointment now. I went to the front desk and Dr Nestor was there. He started to tell me that I needed an appointment even though his receptionist said I didn't. At one point I had said the readings were just for a life insurance policy. Angrily, he said "don't say just". I apologized. It got worse

Dr. C is great, his staff is really helpful and courteous. I've been a patient for years, starting with Dr. Nestor. I've now reached the age when I have to watch my weight and cholesterol, and Dr. C. has coached (and prodded) me to lose the weight and get off the cholesterol meds. Thanks Dr. C!

I came on here to rate my new doc-dr.c. I am very surprised to see that someone had a less than stellar experience. The staff is very nice and the doctor as well, thorough too. Insurance coverage is not up to the doctor but the patient. I know it is my responsibility to know my coverage. It makes sense that a first time visit would be pricey, I would Maine that it is more time used, as well as more in depth as no one yet knows my history. Very satisfied with my status as a patient in this office.

My company now requires an annual physical which is supposed to be free so I found Dr Cvetkovic in the BCBS directory. I had a simple first time visit which consisted of a blood pressure check and was presented with a bill for $175 after the fact! The explanation was that I was a 'new patient'. I had to schedule a 2nd visit for the physical (of course it's more money for them) and it took 2 nurses 5 attempts and 2 different arms to get a blood sample. Apparently they can't figure out how to get blood from a vein which is clearly visible. The first nurse had to go get a second nurse after failing numerous times. Then the second one had issues as well! I walked out with 2 bruised and bandaged arms. I then got another bill for $50 for tests (ie hearing) which weren't covered under the physical which I had to pay for out of my own pocket. Don't waste your money with first time visit fees and incompetent staff. Find a Dr. who wants new patients and doesn't charge them a premium.
