Dr. Skinner was fine but his medical staff is horrible. This time it was a prescription called in incorrectly. I contacted Dr. Skinner’s office. Walgreens faxed a prescription request twice. I finally contacted our Neurologist for a new prescription. Moving to another PCP. This isn’t the first incident.

My daughter was skipped over for her appointment, I went to the desk to ask about it and none of the women signing in patients knew what happened. The blond woman went to find out what the problem was and politely sat back in her desk and went on with signing people in without informing us of anything. We left after an hour, I am sure that someone wants and appreciates my business enough to at least be courteous. We waited over an hour for absolutely nothing even though I asked. Dr Skinner is probably an amazing Dr., too bad the ladies in the front could care less about his patients or his business.

Dr. Skinner is an angel sent from God. Never makes our family feel beneath him. I have never met a Dr who not only explains in great detail but also makes sure you understand before you leave his office, and that ALL our questions are answered.

There are really no words to describe this truly wonderful doctor! My children absolutely love him. He has such personality and he can relate to anyone. He has always been very helpful to all of my childrens needs and my own. If you need an doctor in Lubbock, this is most definitely the doctor you need to see. You will never wait long to see him. Overall a great doctor and great experience everytime.

You would be absolutely hard pressed to find a nicer, more helpful, cooler doc than Dr. Skinner.

I am so very happy I have found such a great doctor! He is wonderful! Very patient, caring, and knowledgeable! I take my children to him now when we can't get an appointment with their pedi, and they love him too. He relates well to everyone, I have referred friends to him, and they have all loved him as well. The wait is never long, and his great attitude makes visits so much easier, no matter what the issue is
