Dr. Maisha Pesante was abousolutely wonderful! Her staff was awesome too. They were courteous and polite. And they responded to Dr. Pesante quickly and with respect. Even the overworked ladies at the front desk were nice. When Dr. Pesante came into the exam room she immediately introduced herself. She asked lots of questions and she listens while you answer. In orhterwords, she offers a Q&A session. After the Q&A session, she gives her diagnosis in "plain" english. After that, Dr. Pesante made sure I was CRYSTAL clear on EVERYTHING before I left her office. Dr. Pesante's knowledge and bedside manners is top knotch! You don't find that in doctors anymore. But I did!

Was late (at an urgent care) but not very helpful or communicative.

Lots of illness going around. Patients were stacked up. She had great personality and energy, assessed my illness (bronchitus) and moved on. In spite of the briefness, I felt a sincerity and concern.
