He has so many different employees we do not trust him anymore. He has a big turn around on staff and it use to worry be about my information. I do not recommend him to anyone. He has terrible manners with his staff and patients. My medications were never called in on time. Please find another doctor this one is not worth anyone's time. He is never there to see patients.

I was seen promptly and staff was courteous. The doctor explained things to me indepth.

When I arrived at Dr. Villaroman's office I was informed, that even though I had insurance I would have to pay full price for the visit and that the Dr. Villaroman would repay me once the insurance covered the cost of the visit. Being as sick as I was, I paid the full price of the office visit. Within a few weeks I received notice from my insurance stating that they paid for the visit minus my co-pay. I took this statement to the doctor and was told that they would call me later when a check was ready. I waited, and after a few months of hounding the doctor’s office staff I was finally cut a check. I figured that I would give the doctor a second chance. When I arrived at the doctor’s office I was informed that my insurance would not cover my visit and that I would have to pay full cost again. My insurance company informed me that I was covered and was only required to pay the co-pay, and that Dr. Villaroman was being dishonest.
