I am just disappointed that Dufour is still practicing. Dufour did not even care whether I was hurting or not, and just insisted to finish what she thought was necessary. When it did not work, she simply said she couldn't help! Save yourself all the frustration and find a better doctor!

This is the worst doctor ever. Dufour is extremely rude and shows no respect to the patient at all. She thinks your questions are stupid.

Have seen her for a few years. Was happy this summer to see she finally has a receptionist that cares and is helpful. But my big concern is when I went in for my next apt. The dr and staff openly talked about the staff member that was off work. Which is very upsetting that they would be so disrespectful to a sick coworker. Gossiping about your staff while working on a patient. Not very PROFESSIONAL and simple plain mean!!!

Can't say enough good about Dr. Meena Dufour and her staff - everyone involved in my dental care at her office has been extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Dufour herself has a great personality, very personable and chatty, never makes you feel rushed, is very thorough and direct and gives you a clear follow-up plan before you leave. She makes the dental experience as pleasant as it can be, and as soon as I have coverage again, I will be back at her office in an instant. Thank you Dr. Dufour!

Dr. Dufour and her team are fantastic. Dr. Dufour is the only dentist I have been to who has given me completely painless needles! I cannot fathom the reasons for the sub par reviews left on this site. Dr. Dufour and her team have been my family's dentist for over 10 years including orthodontic work and regular appointments. Her team is knowledgeable and provides great advice. Her office is neat, clean and welcoming just like her staff. I have given several recommendations to my co-workers and friends. Highly Recommended!

Very rude. Her and her assistant gossiped to one another over my face during the procedure. I was also charged TWICE for freezing as my mouth is very difficult to freeze, I have NEVER been charged for freezing before in the past whatsoever. The office is very outdated and clearly not busy at all - probably due to the fact that Dufour is the slowest dentist I’ve ever had work on me. While answering questions she seems very unsure about how to answer, made me feel uncomfortable about trusting her with my health. The staff are very awkward and is obvious that they do not bond very well together - it is not a warm environment to be in, no smiles from anyone.

I have to say that she is the best !!! I get extremely agitated whenever I know I have to see the dentist have a bad experience when I was younger, but I have been going to her for well over 15 years now and I could not feel more comfortable. She takes the time to talk to you and explains everything so your nerves go away- even the hygenists and other staff in the office are accomodating and pleasant as well. I highly recommend her to anyone !!!

I would like to say that Dr. Dufour is rude. It almost like going to a hair salon. Instead of asking questions for the patient they just take gossip. I also know that she does not do all of the regular work that most dentists do. It appear that billing was the most important item to her. I have read a lot of the negative posts and must say I agree with all of them. I am getting some of her work redone. So I am not very happy with her work. So I would avoid going to her.
