Excellent experience from all staff, great service, punctual , knowledgeable and eager to answer all questions. Building is spotless and very warm atmosphere. Highly recommend

The biggest mistake I ever made was having a Thread lift done by Dr. Bense back in October of 2013. Since then I've had many visits to my family Dr. due to an infection because the thread is working it's way out behind my ear. I've been told by a certified cosmetic surgeon that I need to get the threads removed as they are still causing constant infections. I've called Bense numerous times to tell them the issues I am having and never get a call back. He is one of the rudest people I ever met and Christine is extremely condescending. This place is a joke, don't spend your money here folks!!

I agree with some of the comments below. I personally felt that I was being moved around an assembly line and at moments I became terrified. At one instance I believe that a procedure meant for another patient was about to performed on me. I spoke up , which I find difficult to do because I always feel anxious in doctors offices. It turned out I was right. I asked to leave but the staff was insistent I wait to see the doctor. After waiting another hour I got up and walked out the doors and didn't look bet. It was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had.

Michael Bense is the worst doctor I have ever encountered, and I am an RN. I drove across the island for lasik surgery and I have never had someone treat me the way he did. He was very dismissive, rude, arrogant, unprofessional, uncaring.....I can go on. I was a little nervous, but mostly excited to finally have this surgery. He took that excitement from me. Not only did I give him $4000 for this surgery, I still have "wrinkles" in the flap of my right eye which are concerning, per my optometrist. I DO NOT recommend him. MINUS stars from me. The other staff were mostly ok. The RN there didn't even speak to me as a patient. I didn't even know she was a RN. Such a terrible experience.

I just love Bense Surgispa. The staff are excellent and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I have had several procedures done over the past few years and I have been pleased with all my results. I highly recommend it to all my friends. (Jane)

I had the lid lift procedure done at the Bense Surgi Spa last June and was very pleased with my results. Since then I have returned and had several laser genesis treatments and also just had a nano laser peel. I love the look and feel of my skin after the Nano Peel and the difference it has made to my complexion . Everyone comments on how my skin looks. Thanks Dr Bense for such a great facility and such wonderful informed , helpful staff. I will definitely keep going back to this clinic for future treatments.

Bense Surgispa is wonderful! I can't imagine going anywhere else when i want a beauty treatment. Christine and the ladies are amazing. I put my face in Christine's capable hands and I'm always delighted and grateful. I am on a budget so i let Christine decide how best to use my money and get wonderful results. She has never let me down. Thanks so much!
