Dr Volety takes her time when it comes to paperwork or she just doesn't read what shes doing I've had several incidences where paperwork was needed for insurance purposes but were not filled out properly for example, dates in the wrong area, dates missing, or jus wanted to have a appt set up to fill out paperwork that was dropped off weeks in advanced why is it necessary to charge someone for paperwork as a office visit i thought thats what the staff is for they fill it out she approves it and signs it and its done

well not sure what to think about her.wasnt able to get n appointment with my doc n considered the name given by the scheduler. i was coughing severely with nasal issues body aches fever my chest felt extremely congested. she prescribed antibiotic for sinus infection but did not address my sore throat or chest congestion might have to go for a second opinion.i believe she is afraid to prescribe the needed medication to sooth and make recovery easier

I went to doctor volety as result from immediate care. BIG mistake. I have C5-C6 spinal compression, and arthritis in my neck according to immediate care doctor opinnion with x-rays and mri. They gave me some medication at immediate care and recommended her as a general proc. My vist lasted less then 5 min. She basically said I do not prescribe pain meds, issue needs to be fixed. I said great! let me know how to fix it! she blew me off at that point, did not look at my xray or mri and suggested I see someone else, no names though. Dismissive and insulting was my experience as well. Her nurse called me back into the office and said she was assuming I had an attitude because i was in pain. WOW. The most negative experience I have ever had in a medial facility.

I went to Dr. Volety and showed her a pink area on my back that had been there for quite some time (I was afraid for years) and it wasn't getting better. I indicated it was often itchy, including times that I worked out and sweat. Dr. Volety told me that I needed to shower after I worked out (obviously)and she even went so far as to say "I think we talked about that last time, that you need to shower" (uh, we had not. I know the importance of hygiene...) and could put some cortisone on it and it should be fine. I was putting the cortisone on it for awhile and it did nothing. I went to a dermatologist to get a 2nd opinion (hoping they could just give me a different cream...) and she indicated that it was basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer!), which biopsy confirmed. I will never forget the dismissive and insulting tone that Dr. Volety used to address my concern, nor the gross misdiagnosis she provided.

I have been seeing Dr Volety for over 4 years. I found her when i moved here. I am very pleased with her. She is very thorough and knowelegable. She is monitoring my needs and is working with me to get off my meds. with weight-loss, diabetes and high cholestrol. I reccomend her highly!
