Dr Faile is very knowledgeable and has taken care of my husband’s heart condition for years. For that reason I am completely comfortable with trusting her with my newly diagnosed condition. Caveat: if you are looking for a warm and cuddly doc look elsewhere. For my part I am placing far more importance on being secure in the knowledge that she is who will take care of me. She is held in the highest regard by both of us.

This doctor is rude and not particularly helpful. A doctor does not need to pamper me but I do expect a reasonable amount of interest in my condition. Also just a decent attitude. I’m still deciding whether to return.

Did NOT explain condition well, is not proactive in the what, when, how, treatment. Condition was allowed to deteriorate to the point surgery was more life threatening. She does not follow through. Lazy is a fitting word. Not trust worthy.
