Finally, a doctor willing to take the time to talk to me like I'm a person and not just another number. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. lugo is an Orthopetic specialist. He is the first doctor in five years that has been compationate and thurl. He spent all the time I needed and more importantly he was honest. He told me that there was nothing that he could do for me (since I need to see a different tpe of specialist) and that it would just be a waste of money to have some procedures done. I really wish he was my doctor. Dr. Carlos Lugo is the best doctor that I have seen to date.
