Dr. Renfree is mostly on vacation. Pretty unreliable for any medical issues. His MOA is a nasty woman and only thinks about the MONEY. Renfree needs to retire early and give up his office space to a full time primary care physician. Alberta is lacking in all areas of health care providers for 70 thousand people in one city alone. Cut the budget for Renfree and his office staff.

I wish I could have a better reviw for the guy. Is he nice? Very. Does that matter for a Doctor? No. He's always late, hours behind schedule. Doesn't take your complaints or concerns serious and does very little for explaining the issues and medicines for fixing the issues. Don't even mention his staff though. HOLY, the worst staff I've ever come across in a professional medical setting. Learn to answer the phone.

Dr Renfree treated me in the ER. He showed more kindness and compassion then any other doctor I have seen at the GPRH. Although he could not help me with my chronic condition, he made sure to treat me until I could manage the pain, and gave me advice on how I could proceed with seeking treatment. I really appreciated his kindness in a stressful time.

When you see Dr Renfree he is a great doctor. How ever hope you have all the time in the world to try and get ahold of anyone for booking that appointment. NO one answers phones or calls back to even acknowledge you. Very unprofessional.

Dr.renfree has been my Dr for nearly 25 years 😮. I will never leave him as long as I have him. He has never made me or my kids uncomfortable always finds the answer or sends us to someone who can. Jamie is always personable and helpful. I do wish I could get my appointment faster some days but all in all I am always grateful to have him in my corner. Thank you Dr. Renfree for everything throughout the years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was extremely pleased with Dr Renfree! He seen my newborn in Emerge and was extremely helpful, and when he called me personally the following day to check in I couldn’t believe it. He took the time to do that and see if I had any follow up questions. Lovely doctor, you are appreciated!

Staff don't answer phone calls or return voicemails. Next to impossible to get in. If they'd just pick up the phone....

I have been going to Dr. Renfree now for the last four years. I find him to be very friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have had no issues with him.
And at the front desk his nurse Jamie, is a very nice person and very helpful as well. I find her to be very kind.
