She saved my life! Dr. Joanne Fellows listened and responded genuinely when I was at my worst with anxiety. I had tried to make progress for the first 28 years of my life and it wasn't until meeting with her that I got on a path to a full-time career. I am now 3 years in and going strong thanks to the seeds/ideas/help she provided. I will always highly respect her. My anxiety issues are as strong as ever, but due to increased understanding can manage just that much better to go on with life.

Very difficult to reach doctor or office as phones are available for limited periods only. No ability to leave voice-mail or wait on the line. Good service for general health concerns, however, more complex concerns are not always thoroughly explored by referral to specialized services.

I've been blessed to have Joanne as my doctor for 23+ years now. Wonderful and accommodating staff who will do anything they can to help! Joanne has always been nothing short of amazing with any and all issues. I still remember I felt at ease with her from the very first meeting. My children are also blessed to have her as their family physician. Joanne always goes above and beyond to help or get you the help you need through other resources, always follows through, follows up and gets you the best resolution she can. I will never forget all the kindness and compassion she has shown myself and my children throughout several difficult times of illness and injury. I also love that she is a teaching practice and is passing along all her knowledge and bedside manner to the next generation of doctors (pay attention up and comings ... this is how it's supposed to be done) This woman sets the bar high! Thank you Joanne for being you <3

Dr Fellows has been my doctor for over 25 years - she's been there since my early teens and is now looking after my family. She asks the right questions, listens, is empathetic, works with you and is thorough. Anytime I've ended up in emerge and other doctors ask who my doctor is, they have a bit of a smile and say I'm in good hands. Very lucky to have her in our lives.
