Best Doctor I ever had. He saw me through some very difficult times during the nineties and early 2000's . His care and counseling has stayed with me even though I live 18 hours away and still helps me with day to day living. I have been able to pass a lot of that wisdom on down to my children. Thank you Dr Bayly for being there when I needed your care. Hopefully things are well with you and your family. I didn't put 5 stars for punctuality because sometimes I like many other patients had to wait because the person he was seeing was the one who mattered at the time. Sometimes and fairly often that person was me. I never minded the wait though.

I have had Dr Bayly as my physician since I was a child. He is an amazing, caring, attentive physician, He listens, is supportive and he truly cares for his patients. Our community will be lost without him when he retires.

Time for Dr. Bailey to retire.
He's become dismissive of his elderly patient's needs, to the point of not even examining a patient's complaint of progressive knee pain. "you are getting older" to an 80 year old woman who walks for an hour five mornings a week, is not following up with further investigation of the root source of the pain. The Walk-In Clinic G.P. who was seen the next day 1) examined the leg and 2) ordered a hip x-ray. "STAT".

Dr Bayly has been my family doctor since I was born, I have always felt cared for and he listens intently. While I usually do have to wait a bit before my appointments thats just because he takes his time with each of his patients. The wait is worth it. I will be very sad when he retires, its hard to imagine having a different doctor.

I have never met a more caring compassionate doctor than Dr. Bayly. He cared for me when I was a child, and a very sick one, figuring out different things that would work consulting with the staff at sick kids. I have my own family now and appreciate how wonderful a doctor he is, especially compared to other doctors out there. You NEVER feel as though you are rushed when he is with you. He always gives full complete attention and truly cares for your wellbeing. You do have to come expecting to wait for your appointment, his attention to patient care does cause him to often run behind schedule. :)

I've had Dr Bayly my entire life! I appreciate that he doesn't prescribe unnessesary medications, and will only give things if absolutely needed. He is always learning and staying up-to-date with new treatments. There tends to be a wait to see him, but I don't mind because it means he'll take the appropriate time with me and make sure all matters are addressed! Best doctor in town! I don't know what I'll do when he retires...

Dr. Bayly is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients. He has been my doctor for 44 years (he delivered me!) and my parents doctor for at leayst 46 years. Dr. Bayly is very caring, compassionate and willing to help in any way possible. We love him! Couldn't ask for better. We are dreading the day he has to retire!!

Dr. Bayly has been my doctor for the last 27 years and I can't say enough good things about him! I'm terrified about what will happen when he retires. Always plan on waiting around for him, but it's completely worth it! He takes his time, knows my history and always makes sure all of my concerns are addressed and questions are answered. He listens to what I have to say and give valuable feedback, I don't know what I would do with out him! Secretaries are lovely, and know everyone by name, his office is clean. Don't have a single negative thing to say about him!
