He performed a Lower Blepharoplasty in 1995 to remove excess muscle bulging. Although doing a conservative job I was pleased he made the incisions high up enough under the lashes to leave no visible scar. I made a mistake by having a revision to the left lid done by another doctor which was a big mistake. I would have returned to Dr. Baylis if I could do it over again.
