Excellent doctor, very professional and straightforward. Was able to provide a thorough analysis of my MRI and options for treatment, which led me to Carleton University sports medicine clinic, where he is highly respected as well.

I honestly have no idea why people are complaining about him, I thought he was fabulous. Super caring, calm and knowledgeable. Maybe these people are seeing him on "off days" (we all have them) and are rushing to post how they feel mistreated...

5/5 for me

Fantastic doctor. Has really done a lot for our hospital and community. He took such good care of my mom, and was there for our family when she was dying. We are very thankful to him for his kind and supportive care.

Such a great doctor. I have had so many medical problems over the years and Dr. Radke has always been there for me. He is kind, listens, and really wants to help. I would recommend him to anyone.

Worst doctor ever. Rude, impatient condescending and no bed side manner. Makes you feel like you're wasting his time. Avoid him at all cost.

This doctor is a life saver for me. Before seeing him I lived in constant pain for many years. I wasn't able to work or even play with my kids. The treatment he gives me has literally turned my life around. I had no hope and no will to live. With the pain improved I am back working, and can enjoy time with my kids. I have my life back and owe it to this incredible doctor. Thank you doctor Radke.

Honestly the worst doctor I have ever encountered - very poor bedside manner - really appalling- seemed angered to be seeing patients - after our encounter I was left feeling belittled and thought this man has chosen the wrong profession! I see other reviews indicating that he is the chief at the hospital - not sure he should be in a leadership role let alone a doctor. I felt bad for the nurses in the ER they also seemed to be afraid of him.

This doctor is very busy and sometimes is stressed. I know he means well and wants to do the best for me. Every time I have had him as my doctor he has listened to me and got all of the tests i needed to find out my problem and treat me. I am better now cause of him. he takes good care of my mom and helped care for my dad when he was dying. he was so good to our family when it was a stressful time.

I tried avoid going to ER when I could, in case Radke was the doctor on shift. He was always, rude, impatient, condescending, made me feel like a inconvenience and even a drug user looking to score opiods. One time he yelled at me in ER for everyone there to hear, all because I asked him a question at the end of his shift (I didn't know it was the end of his shift) because he wanted to go home. It was humiliating and I was reduced to tears. I was a liver patient due to genetic disease, waiting for transplant, so sometimes I had to go to ER due to my health and my family doctor was not available and no other option to see someone else. Because of him, I am now afraid to seek help when I need medical attention due to mistrust until one time it became very serious and ended up in ICU at an Ottawa hospital. I can't believe this hospital made him chief of staff. He lacks patience, support and empathy for his patients. If he can't due that, he is in the wrong career.
