I found the office to be helpful and polite in explaining payment for my treatment. I understand most people think insurance should pay for every dental procedure done, but that is not the case in most serious problems. Thanks to Dr. Conway doing an inlay procedure on my tooth, he saved my tooth from a root-canal and crown. I was told by a dentist a week prior I needed these procedures. He is a excellent dentist and would recommend this office.

The only thing he is interested in is his immediate payment, no if's and's or butt's.His care for patients is non-existent. I would not recommend this so called dentist to anyone.

Avoid him at all costs. It has taken me 9 months and several appointments with CAPABLE dentists to repair the damage he did to my tooth. He said that I needed a crown due to a slight amount of pain I was having and the pain I have dealt with as a result of his faulty work has lasted 9 months and cost me a great deal. He kept me waiting 40 minutes for my appointment then wasted 20 minutes of my time talking about the troubles with his wife, their separation and the problems with his adopted children versus his biological children. He was short staffed that day a kept jumping between three patients and kept me waiting up to 15 minutes each time. He then stopped 3/4 of the way through my dental process and said I needed to come back next week because he had already spent to much time on me. I insisted he finish because he used the first half of my appointment as a "therapy" session about his personal problems. Avoid this dentist at all costs.

Office staff is incompetent at this office- booked wrong apointment times, kept me waiting for over an hour for an apointment. Did not outline treatment plan to me, did not let me know ahead of time what out of pocket costs are, did not pre-authorize treatment with my insurances, did not bill the insurances correctly. But were quick to charge me a "complex treatment plan fee" of $200 (not covered by insurance) and when I asked what exactly this fee is for since I did not see any plan for my treatment, I was told that its for "dealing with me and my inquiries in the future" as the doctor "predicted" I would be "askign a lot of questions". All in all, avoid this dentist at all cost if you don't want headaches, unexpected bills, hidden fees, and a lot of wasted time. Not to mention the work this dentist did. He actually proposed to stop in the middle of a root canal (to finish at next apt in two weeks!) becuase it was getting late and he wanted to go home.
